摘 要:
植原体侵染甜樱桃后引起叶片黄化、变小等症状, 危害叶片功能。本研究旨在通过观察显微结构、测定光合作用相关参数和激素含量, 明确植原体侵染对甜樱桃叶片结构和功能的影响。结果表明, 甜樱桃被植原体危害后栅栏组织发育受阻, 叶片变薄, 光合色素减少, 气孔导度降低, 光合功能严重受损, 但淀粉积累增加。病叶中玉米素核苷、脱落酸、水杨酸、茉莉酸、茉莉酸甲酯等含量均显著变化, 激素平衡被打破, 可能是引起叶片形态、功能改变的重要原因。关键词:植原体; 甜樱桃; 显微结构; 光合作用; 激素

Abstract:
Phytoplasma infection induces small and yellow leaves in sweet cherry and disturbs leaf function. In order to clarify effects of phytoplasma infection on leaf structure and function of sweet cherry, microstructure, photosynthetic parameters and hormone contents were compared between healthy leaves and infected leaves. The results showed that the infected leaves got thinner and had incomplete palisade tissues, less photosynthetic pigments and declined stomatal conductance, leading to severe damage of the photosynthetic function. However, the content of starch increased in infected leaves. The contents of zeatin-riboside, abscisic acid, salicylic acid, jasmonic acid and methyl jasmonate also changed significantly in infected leaves, which could be partially responsible for the alteration of leaf stucture and function.Key words: phytoplasma; sweet cherry; microstructure; photosynthesis; hormone
